American tennis player, Bethanie Mattek-Sands appeared at a Wimbledon pre-party in a designer dress made by Alex Noble. Noble is a designer for Lady Gaga. Once you see the outfit I think you'll see the similar "thread".

I get the need to express one's self... but at least make a cool fashion statement or wear something hot. This is just... ridiculously bad.
